Dr Shoaie is our principal dentist, with a strong commitment to providing an environment where outstanding dentistry is supported by superb service together with the best equipment and materials available.
She qualified in Sweden, where a very high standard of dentistry is taught and practised, and has brought the techniques and ethics she learned there to Drury Lane. Since qualifying she has continued her post-graduate education and has studied all aspects of cosmetic dental procedures. Dr Shoaie has also completed an advanced cosmetic course in the renowed St Ann's Clinic in Manchester.
She has carried out over 4000 tooth whitening procedures to date and has a great deal of experience working with Invisalign to create beautifully straight teeth. Dr Shoaie enjoys working with nervous patients, ensuring they are made to feel relaxed and totally cared for.
She is extremely proud of creating a warm, caring, friendly and efficient practice where every team member ensures that patients feel welcome and at ease.

Dr. Matthew Smith GDC 72373
Dr Smith qualified from Guy's Hospital Dental School (UMDS) in 1996 with distinction and worked in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, during that time he studied and obtained his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FDS RCS Eng) - this is the highest clinical postgraduate qualification in Dentistry.
Matthew studied Medicine, then he started providing an Oral Surgery service for local Dentists and their patients and began teaching Oral Surgery to Dental Students at Guy's Hospital. Since qualifying with distinction in all clinical subjects as a Medical Doctor, Matthew still works part-time as a Senior Clinical Teacher at Guy's Hospital and part-time in Dental Practice limited to Oral Surgery and Implantology. He has written a chapter in the best-selling textbook "Essential Human Disease for Dentists" and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Angela Suen qualified from Guy's Hospital Dental School (UMDS) in 1996 with distinction and worked in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, during which time she studied and obtained her Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FDS RCS Eng) - this is the highest clinical postgraduate qualification in Dentistry.
Angela's work in dental practice is exclusively implant related. She is a Senior Clinical Teacher at Guy's Hospital in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and in 2005 completed a 2 year Masters Degree in Clinical Implant Dentistry. This qualification is the gold standard in implant training in this country, allowing Angela to competently provide all aspects of implant related dentistry.
Angela has a wealth of experience in dental implant therapy, gained both in hospital (since 1996) and in practice (since 2002) and has undergone training in a variety of implant systems to offer maximum flexibility.

Dr. Alex McCubbin GDC 106390
Dr McCubbin joined the RAF and served as senior dental officer. He studied courses in advanced restorative dentistry and in battlefield anaesthesia.
He attended advanced courses in fixed-band orthodontics/invisalign and integrated this with implant surgery. His passion lies in aesthetic dentistry together with laser dentistry inegrated with implants. He is highly experienced in implantology and has been carrying out advanced treatments for the last 20 years in his renowed practice in Marbella. He has treated many celebrities with beautiful smiles in his Marbella clinic.
Dr McCubbin is a very important resource at Drury Lane and works with our principal dentist to provide the best treatment possible.

Dr Lucocq has a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (Accredited by Greenwich University). He also has Associate Membership to the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis - Associate Member Royal Society of Medicine
Dr Lucocq ensures he's kept up to date with the latest technology whilsts continuing his skills and qualification. He has achieved a Practitioner Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy and also full membership of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. This ensures that he meets every professional and academic standard now and for the future.
He only works at dental practices that offer the highest level of care and skill to ensure complete comfort and satisfaction for patients. Kelly is our receptionist and patient coordinator. Kelly has 15 years experience as a receptionist and will be your first point of contact with us, making your visit as enjoyable as possible. She has taken courses in patient management and takes a very professional approach in all she does.
We are very proud to have Kelly as part of our team, where along with our nurses Amy Bonner and Donna Hibbitt, she forms part of a strong and dynamic team promoting a happy atmosphere that makes the practice special.
